Information we receive

When you send an enquiry, Midrash X receives the route, project and support focus you selected, together with your name, email address and message. We use this information to identify the relevant work, route your note and respond.

How it is handled

Enquiries are securely processed and stored using Cloudflare infrastructure and are notified only to authorised members of the Midrash X project team. We do not sell enquiry data or add you to a marketing list because you contacted us. Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to handle the conversation, maintain project records and meet applicable obligations.

Membership invitations

If you join the membership invitation list, we store your email address, the time and source of your request, and your consent to membership emails. For the first-500 offer, we also record email confirmation, your allocated place or waiting-list status, and email delivery status. Places are assigned in the order emails are confirmed. Confirmation links expire after 24 hours. We use these details to send confirmation and membership access information. Joining does not create a platform account, activate access or collect payment. Records are stored using Cloudflare and are available only to authorised project team members. To withdraw your request or ask us to delete it, email support@alphabeatagroup.com.

Giving through JGive

Giving links open a JGive page for Midrash X. The link may include non-personal labels identifying the project and the place on this site from which you arrived. These labels do not include your name, email address or dedication. JGive and the receiving nonprofit collect and process the donor and payment information needed for the transaction under their own terms. Midrash X may receive the donation record and choices needed to direct support and follow up on a requested dedication or sponsorship. This website does not receive your payment-card details.

Public dedications

A memorial or honour name appears in the lights on this site only after permission to publish it has been recorded. A dedication may remain private. You may contact us to ask that a public dedication be corrected or removed.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page visits and website performance. This basic analytics service does not use cookies or local storage to track visitors.

With your permission, we also measure sections viewed, scroll depth, important link clicks, media actions and whether an enquiry was successfully sent. We estimate active time separately from idle time and time in a hidden tab. Active time means the page is visible, focused and has received an interaction within 30 seconds; it does not prove someone is reading.

Optional events are stored in Cloudflare Analytics Engine for up to three months. They include the page category, country, language and non-personal campaign labels such as utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign. We use a random session identifier within the browser tab, renewed after 30 minutes without interaction. It is not a permanent visitor identifier and does not identify a person or connect visits across days.

We do not record form contents, names, email addresses, payment details, full referring URLs, screen recordings or keystroke contents in analytics. Our event dataset does not store IP addresses. The service processes connection information to deliver requests and limit misuse.

Your analytics choice is saved on this device for up to six months. You may decline or withdraw optional analytics through Analytics preferences. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable optional analytics. Refusing optional analytics does not prevent use of the site.

Your choices

You may use the contact form to ask about an enquiry or dedication you submitted, including a request to correct or delete it where applicable. You may also make a general gift without selecting a specific Midrash X project.
